Moriarty's Missions

2014 - Present

Six challenges hidden in picture frames throughout the Moriarty's Mansion.

Participants must negotiate all of the Mansion's hidden doors and passages ways to find each challenge.

Each challenge is activated by the participants' RFID card, on which their progress is recorded. Full sounds effects complete the experience.

Hidden Valley... More like Hidden Treat!

"We started in the forbidden mansion were we competed a series of challenges against the clock. There was just the right mix of difficulty! I must say had I been on my own, is probably still be there! We did fail on one mission but you can't be good at eveything! I don't want to give anything away but this area was certainly one of the best parts."

The first challenge. Participants have a fraction of a second to press each of the challenge's buttons, while the corresponding lights above them is illuminated.

The second challenge. Pressing each challenge button replays a famous tune. Participants have to order the tunes alphabetically.

The third challenge. Participants have to uncover a hidden route by sequentially pressing all the buttons along it.

The fourth challenge. Participants have to repeat the light sequence shown to them.

The fifth challenge. Participants have to press the three buttons at the base of the challenge's three tubes, without touching the tubes.

The display common to each challenge. Progress of the other challenges and time remaining for the current challenge is shown, as stored on the participants' RFID card.

The sixth challenge. Participants have to uncover all the matching pairs of shapes.

The display on each challenge shows the participants' progress.

The entrance door to Moriarty's Mansion. Participants enter by tapping their RFID card to unlock the door. Once locked, the door will not reopen for a further three minutes.

The buttons and LEDs on the hidden route challenge. Participants have to uncover a hidden route by sequentially pressing all the buttons along it.

The clock display on each of the six challenges. Participants' time and progress is stored on their RFID card and shown on the display.

The Sound Challenge. Participants have to alphabetically order the tunes played with each button press.

The Simon Says Challenge. Participants have to repeat the light sequence shown to them.
